Where do you ship?
We ship World Wide.
When will my order ship?
Generally, in stock products are shipped within 2 business days of an order being received. If you place an order with us on a Friday, for example, we may not ship your order until the the following Tuesday.
If a product/s are currently out of stock, a customer service representative may contact you to discuss a substitution.
Is the Invoice included?
All invoices are taped to the outside of your box – shipments with multiple boxes will only have one invoice. You can contact us for another copy of your invoice.
Do you Price Match?
Absolutely! Simply provide us with proof* of the cheaper price from a Canadian competitor and we’ll beat it by 5%.
*If you find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, new identical item from an Authorized Canadian Dealer, now or within 14 days of your purchase, just show us the price and we will match it. For Internet and delivered purchases, the competitor must have the item in stock on its Web Site and next-day shipping and handling fees will be added to the competitor’s price to make a fair comparison against our price. If no shipping and handling charges are readily available in the advertisement, a flat fee of $15 will be added to the competitor’s price. Additional shipping charges apply to some locations in Canada. An identical item is a product with the same manufacturer and model number. An Authorized Canadian dealer is a retailer that the Canadian manufacturer willingly sells to (typically, unauthorized dealers do not offer legal Canadian warranties and/or packaging).
The HOBBIES+BEYOND Price Match Guarantee does not apply to refurbished items or demos, eBay, Kijiji , buy, sell, trade or private classifieds. An advertisement is defined as a copy of a current Canadian dated advertisement, original register receipt, catalogue page or competitor Web page. From time to time, our catalogue, Internet and store prices might temporarily not match due to printing press deadlines. If this happens, you will get the lowest price of the three.
We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to an individual customer and we are not able to supply businesses looking to resell product to the end consumer. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to competitors’ or HOBBIES+BEYOND advertising that states “limited quantities,” “clearance,” “close-outs,” “bankruptcies” or special events (e.g., Boxing Week, Black Friday). We do not match typographical errors in competitors’ advertisements. OEM, Government and Educational prices may be excluded. Prices do not include applicable taxes and/or eco-fees. HOBBIES+BEYOND reserve the right to modify the terms of our Price Match Guarantee from time to time.
Is there a Minimum Order?
A minimum order may apply on select items.
What are Bulk Orders?
Bulk items are overweight according to the shipping companies we utilize. Basically anything that’s unusually large or dense.
What are Oversized Items?
Oversized items are products that are large in size. These items require an extra shipping charge to ensure proper shipment. They are not necessarily heavy items. Examples of this would be pet beds and pet coats.
We endeavor to fulfill all Back Orders. Where items are no longer available, an alternate offer for a similar product may be offered otherwise the order will be subsequently cancelled.
Which methods of payment do you accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Inter-ac, including Inter-ac, e Transfer, and PayPal.
If ordering by mail, fax, telephone or in person, payment can also be made by certified cheque or money order. A personal or business cheque will be held for 15 days prior processing your order. Please note that PayPal e Check payments require 6-8 business days to process. Once we have received the funds from PayPal, we will ship out your order within 48 hours.
Liquid Damage or Separation
What is your policy on damage to liquids due to freezing or low temperatures during shipment? HOBBIES+BEYOND is not responsible for damage due to freezing and/or low temperatures and we are unable to replace or refund these items.
There may be specific holidays that require a longer delivery time due to high demand (such as Christmas), as well as weather that may affect our drivers. Please be aware that it may take a few more business days during these times. If you place an order on the weekend, please understand that we are out of the office on weekends and will ship your order the following business day.
First, verify that you’ve received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you’re still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Does HOBBIES+BEYOND deliver to P.O. Boxes?
HOBBIES+BEYOND ships via Canada Post to PO Boxes and rural route addresses.
